Speaking of breezing through the levels, in Drakengard 2, you actually have that option in many of the air levels. This is one of the few games where you can actually become attached to the main characters (Nowe, Legna, and Manah) and actually become sad at the twist of fate the plot gives you at the end.

Pick up this game! If there were a sequel this should be removed. For Drakengard 2 on the PlayStation 2, GameFAQs has 4 save games. It's hard for me to actually recommend the original though, even though it had a few decent story segments...\r\rTaking place almost 20 years after the first game, you assume control of a young demi-human named Nowe, who was raised by a stern but kind blue dragon named Legna (he is almost the exact opposite of the red female Dragon, Angelus, who only rarely showed anything but angst towards mortals) and a great warrior named Oror, who has passed away. his should be removed.
Either of these are more exciting and fulfilling than Drakengard 2. Spend it on mortgage payments, hedge funds or getting your legs waxed. It's sure to please! While not nearly as out-right insane or macabre as the first game's story (it's amazing its characters weren't edited more upon leaving Japan), it has some interesting events and the few recurring characters is a plus. The game has a fair deal of missions and a few endings too.\r\rIf you enjoy titles like Dynasty Warriors 2+, then you'll probably find something to like in Drakengard 2. Also, attacks movement and button input reaction is faster so you may take on swarms of enemies without taking a blow.
