I paid for what I saw in the picture. Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for PS2 Slim Flip Top GhostCase Kit - Clear Purple at Amazon.com. I’m assuming the two extra games were to cover for a messed up controller. Reviewed in the United States on May 23, 2016. Also, the memory card it came with is busted so I have to buy a new one of those as well. So we'll see how the next one goes.
It was listed as "average", which is one of their lowest ratings, but I thought it would at least work.
I got this as a christmas gift from my husband. I was cautious that these were still advertised as brand new with Prime shipping. The disc doesn't seem to spin in the player in the one I just got.

The same was true if you turned it on with a game disk inserted. Great system and pretty good quality purchase was shipped to my place without any problems at all! When my game stopped working, I shut it off and opened the slot to find my disc was melted in one spot and was warped and pitted.
Many thanks to the seller, been look very hard for a good PS2 and finally found one. Ridiculous. Disabling it will result in some disabled or missing features. I'm a very satisfied customer and recommend this seller. NO CABLES, CONTROLLERS, ETC. All of the components worked perfectly fine, and that loud ass blaring Sony start up was as nostalgic as ever.

I've had no issues and just waiting on my ps2 games to be delivered, bought this system because I've been having a nostalgia crave, 5 Star so far.
Not only was it scratched and a portion of it was cracked. Ripoff, Reviewed in the United States on February 26, 2017. I was only able to play for about 10 minutes maybe.
I can't even get it to turn on. Reviewed in the United States on November 14, 2019. Absolute false advertising for this PlayStation. So if it had worked, it would have been great.
I have been using almost daily for my classic games and works WONDERFULLY. This now forces me to buy a new controller which is more money out my pocket.
It didn't work period.

Read honest and unbiased product reviews from our users. Horrible!! It was perfectly described before purchasing and only problem I have is the second memory card slot, when the memory card is inserted I have to push it up just a tiny bit and it pops up. I just got my PS2 Slim in yesterday and I am blown away. Bought this from Media & Much More. My silver console is unable to read any discs, cannot play any games, controller struggles my commands. I have only played about an hour of Mortal Kombat Trilogy which means the system is playing a PS ONE game just fine.

She specifically requested a PS2 because she has so many PS2 games and would prefer to continue playing those rather than purchase a new unit and have to restock her games. Got it safe and sound, but DO check to make sure the console fully works before sending it. It felt like I had just gone down to BestBuy and picked up a new console. The system itself is working wonderfully and only had some minor surface scratches, Reviewed in the United States on February 13, 2018. The upside is the PS2 slim looks nice, and it came on time. I got this item today and just printed out my return slip, my son says it is not working. Outrageous considering how much I paid for a used PS2.
Got the console turns on fine and everything but came with no disc drive. Received broken system will never buy again and this is a total scam.
ALL FUTURE CUSTOMERS WHO ARE INTERESTED, DO NOT BUY! I received my PS2 Slim Silver (Model SCPH-90001) in full working condition but there is one big problem. The Slim version of the PS2 is one of the best console systems ever made supported by an excellent library of titles.
